Ubuntu tablet will be very likely to appear on CES this year

Ubuntu Linux developers Canonical said, will the consumer electronics show in Las Vegas this month (CES) showed new products. The company also plans to develop Ubuntu tablet computer and smart phones.

Canonical said, to be held next week on display at the CES “unique Ubuntu concept design”. The display of the product will include Ubuntu Linux desktop computers and cloud computing devices, and Ubuntu One cloud storage and data synchronization service. Canonical did not announce more information.

The company said, is the world’s third largest Ubuntu desktop operating system. Ubuntu founder, Mark Saudi leavenworth (Mark Shuttleworth), says that the company is working with hardware manufacturers negotiations, based on the development of the tablet computer Ubuntu system and smart phones.

Microsoft previously announced this year will be out of CES exhibition, and Verizon CEO Lowell ยท mike Adam (Lowell McAdam) also says it will not attend this year’s CES. So the Canonical participation will be for CES support.
